Expand List
The ‘Expand List’ task is used to expand records that contain comma-separated lists into one item per row and reverse. If a record e.g. contains a list ‘One, Two, Three’ the task converts this list into three rows containing ‘One’,‘Two’,‘Three’ reverse.
The task is very convenient to wrangle with comma-separated data-lists, either by applying the rich set of table-tasks on the converted row-by-row table and convert back or download the row-by-row table to Excel, manually adjust the entries and convert them back into the original list format.
