Other Users Data

The ‘Other Users Data’ task is used to attach data published by other users to the public or explicitely shared with you to your own flows. If y table is shared with you, you can only modify those tables if the original owner has provided ‘write’ or ‘pass on access’. Otherwise you only have read writes. Read writes include that those tables can be read by tasks, so you can build your own flows based on other user's data.

All my Data

The ‘All my Data’ task can be used to access your data saved on the ZIPPYDOC plattform and attach this table to a flow. A table can be attached to multiple flows. If you delete a table, you finally delete this table in case it is not attached to a second flow. Otherwise you only delete the attachment to the active flow.

Download CSV File

The ‘Download CSV File’ task can be used to download a table stored at the ZIPPYDOC plattform in .csv format to your local drive.

Paste from Clipboard

The ‘Paste from Clipboard’ task is used to Copy & Paste a table from your spreadsheet application to the ZIPPYDOC plattform. Tables saved on the ZIPPYDOC business automisation & integration plattform are encrypted at rest. The data is even not accessible by ZIPPYDOC itself as operations is outsourced to the trusted, certified and independent operator QBeyond. After upload, you can apply the full feature set of the ZIPPYDOC plattform to your data. Upload CSV File

The ‘Upload CSV File’ uploads a local file.csv to ZIPPYDOC. The table content is encrypted at rest and not accessible by the ZIPPYDOC. After upload, you can apply the full feature set of the ZIPPYDOC plattform to that table e.g. apply tasks to this table for modification, categorize  with tags, share or publish the table or selected columns of the table.

Upload Excel Sheet

The ‘Upload Excel Sheet’ task is only available for the ZIPPYDOC for Excel Add-In and used to upload a table-list from an Excel Sheet. If you mark a table prior to clicking the task, you can select to upload the marked range only. Otherwise the full sheet is uploaded. Note that ZIPPYDOC expects the uploaded list to have a header row. Tables saved on the ZIPPYDOC business automisation & integration plattform are encrypted at rest. Vector

The ‘Vector’ task can be used to carry out matrix multiplication or addition of vectors.

Union

The ‘Union’ task can be used to combine and consolidate data from multiple input data tables. The output table of this task, can contain all columns from all input tables, or only the columns that are common to all the input tables.

Join

The ‘Join’ task can be used to combine two data tables. The join may or may not be based on helper columns in both the tables. The helper columns must contain data entries that match. Only the entries that match are joined together in the output table.

Append

The ‘Append’ task can be used to create a merged table from two separate tables. The merged table has data in the first table affixed to the data in the second table.
