Curve Composer

The ‘Curve Composer’ task is used to autogenerate data curves of known standard shapes. The curve is composed in two parts, a left and a right part. In the settings, the user specifies: The number of data points (called periods) The shape of the curve (flat, linear, standard distribution) Initial value (first data point) and End value (last data point) Maxim value Optional plateau Go to Flow Gallery and Copy & Edit the Curve Composer for example usecases.

Convert to Text

The ‘Convert to Text’ task is used to convert text to tables. To convert a Text to a table the task expects a column that contains the to be converted text in each cell. This task is especially useful for automisation procedures on text based data. The transformation is done by splitting text into words and non-words. The ‘Convert’ task is used to convert text to tables and back. To convert a Text to a table the task expects a column header ‘Text’ that contains the to be converted text. Header to Label

The ‘Header to Label’ task is used to add the header-information of list-tables to the content area of the table. This task is especially useful for full automisation procedures by using the tickboxes ‘All but selected’ and ‘One label column’. In this configuration every table gets converted in a two row table with standardized column name, so any further table automisation does not need to take care on the specific table shape. Go to Flow Gallery and Copy & Edit the Header to Label Flow for example usecases.

Export to MS OneDrive

The ‘Export to MS OneDrive Directory’ task is used to export data from the ZIPPYDOC plattform to your Microsoft OneDrive directory. To use this task, you need to login to the ZIPPYDOC app with the MICROSOFT LOGIN button and your own mirosoft login account. If you use this task for the first time you will asked to re-login first. This is based on the concept, that ZIPPYDOC only requires the minimum access rights and only requires read rights for your Microsoft OneDrive if you want to use this task.

The ‘Export to GitHub’ task is used to export your data from the ZIPPYDOC plattform to you own GitHub repository. Please lookup your personal access token to GitHub in your GitHub profile.

The ‘Export to DB’ task is used to export a table from the ZIPPYDOC plattform to you own database. For big data connections, a enterprise license is advisable with an own enterprise database core to speed up the data transfer.
