Find

The ‘Find’ task can be used to find content in a data table. The task creates a new column in the output table, that houses the results.

The ‘Filter’ task can be used to filter a data table based on user-defined filtering criteria. Filtering can be applied to one or to multiple columns.

Encrypt

The ‘Encrypt’ task can be used to encrypt or mask data using a password. The encryption can be applied to a part of, or the entire data table. The encrypted data continues to exist in the data table but can only be read by decrypting it with the password. Furthermore, this task can also be used to decrypt the data.

Delete

The ‘Delete’ task can be used to delete a data table from a flow. The task can also be used to delete a segment within a data table. The segment within the data table can be specified by selecting the appropriate columns or rows in the ‘Delete Options’ section.

The ‘Copy’ task can be used to copy a data table. The task can also be used to copy a defined region or segment of a data table. The data segment can be specified by selecting the appropriate columns in the ‘Select Columns to Apply’ section.

Add Permission

The ‘Add Permission’ task can be used to edit access rights to a flow, or a data table, or a segment of a data table. This task can be used to give to users the rights to read, edit, or share the flow or data segment. Similarly, the task can also be used to revise or withdraw access rights.
