Each dataset used in ZIPPYDOC can be formatted by the ‘Formatting’ task. This tasks supplements columns with the information of the formatting to be used to display the data. Example. If a record is ‘0.1’, then:
the record is shown as ‘0.1’ if no format is provided
the record is shown as ‘10%’ if no format % is provided with no digits
the record is shown as ‘10.00%’ if format % is provided with two digits
