Business Letter PDFSupport
The ‘Business Letter PDF’ tasks is used to render PDFs by data lists quickly. It is very convenient to render series business letters by a data list.
If the Invoice PDF task makes use of the powerful series PDF generator PDFrePRO (www.pdfrepro.de) and allows to run the PDF generator of PDFrePRO on the fly on list based data. ZIPPYDOC provides some example templates, e.g. Invoice or Business Letter for some standard usecases. If you need to design own templates you may either buy a license from PDFrePRO to make your own designs or you can contact the team of Analysis24 (www.analysis24.de) to let you design your custom templates for your series pdf tasks.
The task can be configured to either pop-up the rendered PDF in a pop-up window or to store the generated PDFs in your OneDrive Directory.
Storage in your OneDrive directory is only functional if you are having a microsoft account and using the MICROSOFT Login to access the ZIPPYDOC app. If you want to store the generated PDF in your OneDrive directory, please run the task twice: the first time to announce that you wan’t to store data on your OneDrive. Then logout and login into your ZIPPYDOC Microsoft account again with the extended rights to store those data on your OneDrive directory.
Attention: If you have blocked Pop-UPs in your browser, you need to unblock those to run this task.
