ZIPPYDOC Introduction

The ZIPPYDOC Business Integration & Automisation Plattform is a Cloud Plattform that enables its business and private users to share and automise:

  • Data: currently, text, code and table data are supported.
  • Tasks: The ZIPPYDOC Plattform is an open plattform to add custom tasks by their users that run on the ZIPPYDOC plattform. Tasks are tools to wrangle with Data or to connect ot APIs.
  • Flows: Flows are containers that contain combinations of Data and Flows

ZIPPYDOC is providing the plattform and supporting its members to add Data, Tasks or Flows to it. Our vision is to foster a community that shares data wrangling and data anytic solutions on an open plattform. By doing this, all members can use prior knowlege and tools to solve their usecases. ZIPPYDOC aims to provide a plug & play environment to automise data flows, interact with data and analyse data.

PRIVACY: ZIPPYDOC is per design fully protecting the users privacy rights by:

  • Transport Encryption: SSL encryption for all data exchange from backend to frontend
  • Storage Encryption: Data encryption at rest at the backend
  • Decryption for minimum necessary time: Data decryption only takes place for the short period of running a task in a separate environment. After task run, the data is encrypted again.
  • Oursourced Operations: All operations is outsourced to Qbeyond, one of the leading and trusted German operation providers. ZIPPYDOC does not have any access to the operational environment.

Further Information:

  • Note that Flow Edit is also suited for tablet use or mobile use.
  • By use of the ZIPPYDOC for Exel Add-In, users can store all repeting tasks in Flows and thus save time for repetitive issues.
  • The ZIPPYDOC Plattform is fully integrated with MICROSOFT GRAPH. By using the MICROSOFT Login, users can send and receive e-mails from their own account via the ZIPPYDOC plattform.
  • The ZIPPYDOC Plattform has a convenient connector to MICROSOFT POWER AUTOMATE. Uset the powerful ZIPPYDOC data wrangling tools to build your workflows.
