Table Type
The ‘Table Type’ task is used to convert the ZIPPYDOC table into different table types. The standard table type of tables used on the ZIPPYDOC plattform is a list based table style with one header row followed by content rows. The standard table type (1×0) has one heading row, but no heading column.
ZIPPYDOC, however, supports up to three header rows and up to three label columns (i.e. up to three leading columns that contain titles of the respective rows, not content)
Note, that matrix style tables with one ore more label columns and multi-header tables are not yet supported by the app-table-view but supported in the download as Excel Table in the ZIPPYDOC for Excel Add-In.
Currently, matrix style tables are not yet supported by all tasks. To test task features on those tables, try e.g. the ‘Clean’ or ‘Encrypt’ task. You will experience that using matrix style tables, tasks are able to run on selected table-segments, not only on selected table-columns as in a standard 1×0 table.
