Can I return the product?SupportOur pay as you go plans are charged only based on usage of the products. You will be billed at the end of the billing cycle. Our prepaid plans allow you to purchase a package of usage points, that can be redeemed for data processing and storage. Unused points expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle and cannot be returned.
Can I try ZIPPYDOC before purchasing it?SupportYes, absolutely! You can try the Standard version as a guest user. Guest users get runtime capacity of 100 Points for absolutely free! Please note that all Guest user data is deleted after 24 hours. However, the Standard version has limited functionality. To get access to the full functionality of the Professional version of ZIPPYDOC, complete the registration process, and receive an initial runtime capacity of 100 points for absolutely free! With the Professional version, users get access to the full range of ZIPPYDOC’s feature. Furthermore, new registered users also get initial runtime capacity of 100 points for free.
